Refund Policy

1. Free Evaluation Period

Each new domain receives a 7-day free Trial Period with full functionality. We recommend making sure the Service suits you before paying — this is the best way to avoid needing a refund.

2. Cancelling the Subscription

2.1. The Subscription can be cancelled at any time in the account dashboard. After cancellation, the next recurring charge does not occur.

2.2. Access is retained until the end of the period already paid for; once it expires, access is suspended automatically.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1. A full refund is issued if:

• the payment was charged in error or charged twice for the same period;
• the Service was unavailable due to a technical fault of the Provider for a substantial part of the paid period and the problem was not remedied;
• the funds were paid but access was never activated through the fault of the Provider.

3.2. Since the service is digital and is activated immediately, and a 7-day free period is available for evaluation before payment, funds for a period already consumed (activated) are not refunded by default in the case of withdrawal at the Customer’s own discretion. We review each case individually and in good faith.

3.3. Payment for the “Custom Design” add-on is non-refundable if the add-on has already been activated and applied in the widget.

3.4. Payment for the “Multiple Signatories” add-on is non-refundable if the add-on has already been activated and used for multi-signing.

3.5. Payment for the “Encryption and Decryption” add-on is non-refundable if the add-on has already been activated and used.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

Send an email to sale@dstucrypt.com.ua stating the account email, the domain, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason for the request. We review requests within 10 business days.

Refunds are made using the same method by which the payment was made (to the bank card via LiqPay), within the timeframes established by the payment system and the issuing bank.
